Working Principle
Excavator supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil to the breaker. Hydraulic oil pushes the piston up to compress nitrogen in the accumulator. Nitrogen releases energy to drive the piston down rapidly, striking the chisel to generate impact force. The chisel transfers energy to rock/concrete to finish breaking. Hydraulic-nitrogen cycle repeats for continuous striking.
