Working Principle
- Return stroke: High-pressure hydraulic oil flows into breaker lower cavity, piston moves upward, hydraulic oil enters accumulator oil chamber to squeeze diaphragm inward, inner nitrogen of diaphragm is compressed, hydraulic energy converts into nitrogen compression potential energy for storage.
- Oil circuit reverses when piston reaches top dead center, high-pressure oil switches into upper piston cavity.
- Power stroke: Compressed high-pressure nitrogen inside diaphragm expands outward instantly, push diaphragm to extrude stored hydraulic oil back into hydraulic circuit, supplement instantaneous high flow to drive piston fast downward striking chisel.
- Single striking finished, hydraulic oil pushes diaphragm to compress nitrogen again, repeat reciprocating energy storage & release cycle continuously.
- The diaphragm always separates nitrogen gas and hydraulic oil completely to avoid gas-liquid mixing and system pressure failure.
